Harare Government has launched a website containing a database of Zimbabwean professionals within and outside the country as part of efforts to combat brain drain and lure back those in the Diaspora.

This follows findings by the Government Taskforce on Human Skills Identification, Deployment and Retention that skilled manpower in the Diaspora would like to participate in Zimbabwe's development.

The Higher and Tertiary Education Ministry yesterday held a demonstration of the Zimbabwe Human Capital Website for the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe at a ceremony. Higher and Tertiary Education Minister Stan Mudenge said the website would provide information on job opportunities in Zimbabwe.
