Sorry for the delayed news.

A reader of mulonga website told us, that we have "missed an important milestone for Binga". The Member of Parliament for Binga has been appointed to become a member of the Government of National Unity. He holds the post of Secretary of Mines, Energy and Tourism.

Honorable Joel Gabbuza was born in Binga. He is a founder member of the MDC in 1999.

In 2000 elected Member of Parliament for Binga the post he holds to the present day.

Joel is the chairman of Parliamentary Portfolio committee for Mines, Energy, Environment and Tourism. Gabbuza is also the MDC treasurer for the Matebeleland North Province and also a member of the National Executive Council member since 2000.
Hon Gabbuza holds a Bachelor of Science Geology & Geography from the University of Zimbabwe, Diploma Expert Photography and Certificate in House Wiring& Building Designs & Drawings.

WE ARE HAPPY, HAPPY INDEED! HOWEVER, WE HAVE HAD A DEARTH IN REPRESENTATION FOR QUITE SOMETIME ESPECIALLY AT A FUNCTIONAL LEVEL.WE HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE SCANDALS... MPs WERE USELESS BECAUSE THERE WERE UNACCESSIBLE, THEY NEVER HAD OFFICES IN THEIR CONSTITUENCIES AND THAT WAS OUR DEFINITION OF DEMOCRACY THEN-ZIMBABWEAN FIASCO, ISN'T IT? THE MP's OFFICE MUST BE AWASH WITH BUSINESS, PROJECT PROPOSALS, NAME IT. SO WE MIGHT BE ON THE RIGHT TRACK GO BINGA GO. LET NOT THE TENDENCY FOR THOSE WHO SEE THE LIGHT FIRST MAKE IT UNAVAILABLE FOR OTHERS.

AND WHY ARE THE FARM MECHANISATION IMPLEMENTS STILL IN THE WAREHOUSE, I CALL FOR POLITICAL MATURITY IN THE LEADERSHIP, THE MINISTER MUST ACT-GRADE TWOs MUST NOT SIT ON OUR DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT. MA PLAWU KULUUNDU!!! IGNORANCE INTO WAREHOUSE, AT LEAST DURING OUR TIME OF INCLUSIVITY!!!
